Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown and the beach. The service was friendly and accommodating, but the room wasn't prepared on time and had some cleanliness issues. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were decent.
I had a last-minute stay at the hotel, and while the room was comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave, it was far too expensive and noisy. The beds were cozy, and I appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave, and individual coffeemaker in the room.
The hotel has a functional setup with clean, spacious, and newly renovated rooms. However, there was a funny smell, almost like it hadn't been used in a while due to the freeway being closed. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, with a slight initial stress upon arrival but improving the next day. The location is conveniently positioned for wheelchair access, near historic buildings, restaurants, and the beach. The dining experience offered a good selection but was affected by ongoing breakfast area renovation. The facilities are well-maintained and include gyudon dishes.
